Reservations A $250 deposit per person is required for all trips. The balance is due 30 days prior to the trip departure date. Guests signing up within 30 days of date of departure are expected to pay in full at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the trips departure, no refund will be awarded. However, this deposit can be credited towards a trip for the next year only. Prior to 30 days of trip departure, a full refund will be awarded for a deposit.
Allagash Guide Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip. Insufficient reservation numbers, bad weather such as hurricanes or extreme high or low water levels, natural disasters, sickness, safety factors or some unforeseen situation beyond our control, might be possible causes to cancel a trip. This would only happen in rare situations, and would mean a full refund awarded to the guests involved. However, we cannot be responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as plane fare, purchases, etc. for the trip. It is strongly recommended that all guests purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance. Insurance agents and travel agents usually have options to do so.
